It was nice to stay in a hotel directly across from the beach, and outside of Pattaya. There is a night market just up from the hotel with great food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the room had no problems, was spacious and had complimentary fizzy drinks, water and snacks. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom had toiletries, but definitely bring your own conditioner, you'll need it in the salty sea air! Sitting out on the balcony looking at the beach was great. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, and you can sit outside on the rooftop or inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for advice to get a bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport. For the price, we definitely got great value!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were excellent, the views were stunning, and the beach was clean. Everything matched our expectations, creating the perfect setting for a memorable experience.

Right on the beach, they provide free beach towel. The swimming pool is small but cozy. Breakfast is awesome.

Perfect location, just walk out of the door straight onto the beach. Staff very attentive. Room, although not overlooking the beach was very clean, room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast area on the 5th floor with tremendous views, food very acceptable. Good car parking underneath the hotel. Had a meal in the evening, food excellent and cocktails out of this world.

Good breakfast on a rooftop cafe with a view to the sea. Also has a pool at the 2nd floor. Friendly staff and location is decent if you fancy the beach. Price is good for the quality you receive.

My sixth time at the seaside jomtiem and it just gets better, the hotel and the rooms have had an extension make over during lockdown, the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, the front of the hotel has been transformed to a high standard and now there are ample parking spaces, thought, time and money has been put into the hotel , the staff are friendly and excellent, nothing too much trouble, Jack in particular is outstanding and helped me and my wife on numerous occasions, many thanks to all the staff and management at the seaside jomtiem, a good 11 night stay , we will be back next year , highly recommended

Our four days stay was great. The location is perfect if you want a beach front in reasonable price. Staff are polite. AC was working well. Shower room is big enough.

Top situated directly at the beach. Seaview room was big and had an undisturbed view, even from the shower. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Fantastic views. .

Breakfast is basic American breakfast. OK. Dinner room is a little warm. The deluxe room face the ocean. Great view. Hotel located in the quieter part of Jomtien Beach. Jomtien Beach is in the quieter part of Pattaya. Very good for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. It's a bit further away from the main attractions and main locations. Once you've figured out how to use tuk tuk's and Bolt, you'll be OK.

Good location beside the Jomtien beach, Nice wide and Long Beach in front of the hotel, Ocean view room will be good. Pool view room will not be that good. Breakfast is ok. Comfortable bed. Room is good size with corridor.
